Is lab work covered in the pricing plan?
Costs for additional lab work are not included in the pricing plan. If you have questions to help determine your eligibility for coverage with your insurance, please reach out to us.

What if I need a more long term care plan?
We are developing a Concierge care plan to address this need. To receive updates, sign up for early access here (link). In the meantime, you may sign up using either of our two available plans to get started with your Personalized Health Plan.

What types of tests will my doctor prescribe?
Your physician will discuss with you what types of tests are appropriate. Routine blood work, allergy tests and genetic testing are among some common examples of tests ordered.

What is included with my consult?
We currently offer two levels of care. Our Consultation plan includes a review of any recent lab tests you have on hand as well as your current medications. You will meet one-on-one with a physician and receive a personalized health plan. Our Comprehensive plan includes a second consultation with a physician to review any tests ordered from the first consult, and progress to-date. The additional time also allows your team to provide an education-focused approach, ensuring you are best equipped to succeed.

Do I need to travel to be seen by TLC?
No, our services are conducted entirely via telemedicine. Schedule your appointment at your convenience, and meet with our doctors virtually via a secure link, in the privacy of your own home.

Is TLC covered by my insurance?
Our services should currently be considered an out-of-pocket expense. Please reach out to us to learn if TLC may be covered by your insurance plan.
